Executive Chef Richard Schafer will be serving regional Italian cuisine, and a selection of Italian wines will also be available.
“Italian food ranges from rich cream cheeses and mushrooms to olives and all the things that grow in the bright sun of the south like pungent garlic or the always inviting aroma of basil. All finished with the refreshing tastes of tomatoes and vinegar.
